Josh Roman, the patriotic force behind the iconic American Flag wrapped truck of American AF Dumpsters, began his entrepreneurial journey driving limousines in Dallas as the founder of "Heaven on Wheels". The challenges of 2020 tested his resilience, but in true American spirit, he adapted, transforming a modest cargo trailer into his first dumpster. A mere three hours post-launch, his first customer was on board via Craigslist. Today, from 15 to 30 yard roll-offs, his fleet has served 1000+ clients in the Dallas region. Oh yeah, and ‘Heaven On Wheels’ survived the scare of 2020. His journey from limos to dumpsters, marked by grit and adaptability, has not only positioned him as a leader in the industry but also as a valuable panelist for the Lone Star Dumpster Showcase. Attendees can look forward to gleaning insights and answers about the dumpster game directly from Josh's wealth of experience.

Eric "Big Juicy" Love, a dynamic force with a colorful career spanning law enforcement, security, and media, brings a rich tapestry of experiences to any stage. From 1989 to 2007, Eric served as a dedicated officer with the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Department, where he ascended through ranks from Patrol to Transportation Sergeant, shaping his knack for leadership and crisis management.
Transitioning from law enforcement, Eric took on the role of Vice President at Point 2 Point Global Security from 2007 to 2019. His leadership helped the company excel in dignitary protection and global asset security, culminating in a successful $50 million sale.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Eric is a true crime writer and documentarian, engaging with convicted serial killers to delve deeper into the psyche behind their actions. His commitment to justice is further demonstrated through pro bono work on cases where he perceives injustices, using his extensive skills and network to shed light on these issues.
In 2020, Eric notably filed a presidential pardon request for Joseph Maldonado-Passage, aka "The Tiger King." His unique life experiences also include winning on ABC’s "The Hustler" in 2021, and a grand prize from a scratch-off ticket in 2022. His philanthropic spirit is woven through his actions, firmly believing that helping others is integral to personal success.
Eric's rich life story includes friendships ranging from the homeless to billionaires, learning from each interaction. A lover of cars, he has owned 83, including Liberace’s personal 1969 limo. At home, he is a devoted husband to Lisa and a father to four grown children, celebrating life with his trademark bulldog, the Fort Worth famous "Big Juicy."
